कॅन्सर —  कर्करोग आणि होमिओपॅथी

 

कॅन्सर अर्थात कर्करोग हा असाध्य रोग मानला जातो. त्यामुळे कॅन्सरचे निदान झालं की रुग्णाला व त्याच्या नातेवाईकांनाही धडकीच भरते.
आता “घटिका भरली”, “आता संपलं सारं” अशीच धारणा होते.
कॅन्सर नेमका कसा होतो?
आपलं शरीर हे अब्जावधी पेशींच्या समुदायांनी बनलेलं आहे. पेशी आपापली कामे चोखपणे बजावत असतात. निसर्ग नियमानुसार या पेशींचा आपल्या शरीरात उत्पादन, कार्य, वाढ व नाश होत असतो. निर्माण झालेली प्रत्येक पेशी काम पूर्ण झाल्यावर नष्ट करून शरीरा बाहेर फेकली जाते.
काही कारणामुळे यात बिघाड झाला तर मात्र या पेशी शरीरातच राहतात आणि संख्येनेही वाढू लागतात. मग त्या पेशींना रक्त पुरवणाऱ्या वाहिन्याही निर्माण होतात. यातूनच गाठ निर्माण होते व त्या विशिष्ट शरीर संस्थेच्या कार्यात अडथळे येऊ लागतात.
इतर आजार आणि कर्करोग यात सर्वात महत्त्वाचा फरक म्हणजे, या पेशी रक्तवाहिन्या व इतर मार्गाद्वारे शरीराच्या इतर महत्त्वाच्या अवयवात पसरू लागतात. यालाच “कॅन्सर पसरणं ”  म्हणतात (Cancer Metastasis –  कॅन्सर  मेटास्टीसिस ).
कॅन्सर पसरण्याच्या वेगावर प्रमाणावर तो कॅन्सर कुठल्या अवस्थेत आहे (स्टेजला आहे) याचे निदान केलं जातं.
कर्करोगाचे विविध प्रकार असतात. विविध प्रकारच्या कर्करोगांची संख्या भारतात  सतत वाढत आहे.
  • तंबाखू सेवनामुळे तोंडाचा कर्करोग म्हणजेच अस्वच्छता, वारंवार प्रसूती,
  • ह्यूमन पॅपिलोमा( Human Papilloma) व्हायरस यामुळे  गर्भाशयाच्या कर्करोगाचे प्रमाण लक्षणीय आहे.
  • मूत्राशयाचा कर्करोग,
  • चामडीचा कर्करोग,
  • पुरुषांमध्ये प्रोस्टेट ग्रंथीचा कर्करोग,
  • घशाचा कर्करोग,
  • अंडाशयाचा कर्करोग तर
  • स्त्रियांमध्ये स्तन कर्करोग
कर्करोग होण्यामध्ये विविध रासायनिक / भौतिक द्रव्य व गुणसूत्रे यांचा मोठा हात असतो.
   कर्करोगाची लक्षणे ही मुख्यतः तो शरीराच्या ज्या अवयवात किंवा संस्थेमध्ये उद्भवतो त्याच्याशी संबंधित असतात.तरीही काही लक्षणे सर्वसाधारणपणे आढळतात, ती अशी —

* (मार किंवा अपघाताशिवाय) गाठ किंवा सूज

*आवाज घोगरा होणे

* तोंड उघडताना किंवा गिळताना त्रास होणे

* खोकल्यातून, लघवीतून अथवा शौचातून रक्त पडणे, धाप लागणे.

*तोंडाला व त्वचेवरील जखम भरून न येणे.

*भूक मंदावणे, जेवल्यावर उलटी होणे.

*कावीळ पोट सुजणे.

* आलटुन पालटून बद्धकोष्ठ, अतिसार.

* वजन कमी होणे, थकवा /  कामानंतर शक्तिपात वाटणे  इ.

 

त्यात कर्करोगाचे लवकरात लवकर निदान होणे अतिशय आवश्यक असते.

कर्करोगाची   सर्वात महत्त्वाची चाचणी म्हणजे बायोप्सी (Biopsy). त्यासाठी एंडोस्कोपी, सिटीस्कॅन, एमआरआय, सोनोग्राफी याप्रमाणेच स्त्रियांच्या स्तनातील कॅन्सर साठी मेमोग्राफी ही तंत्रज्ञान उपलब्ध आहे.

कॅन्सरवर मुख्यत्वे शस्त्रक्रिया, केमोथेरपी,रेडिओथेरपी द्वारे उपचार केले जातात.

केमोथेरेपीचे —

  1. केस गळणे,
  2. पूरळ / फोड येणे,
  3. पित्त होणे, थकवा येणे,
  4. रक्त कमी होणे,
  5. वेदना होणे

इत्यादी दुष्परिणाम संभवतात.

 

कर्करोगाबद्दल होमिओपॅथीचा   दृष्टिकोन असा आहे—

 

सर्व अवयवांच्या कार्याचं संतुलन म्हणजे आरोग्य.

कर्करोग असो व अन्य कोणताही आजार असो, तो काही एका रात्रीत उद्भवत नसतो.

तो विविध टप्प्यातून हळूहळू  वाढत असतो. प्रत्येक टप्प्याला लक्षणे वेगवेगळी असतात.

एखाद्या अवयवात आजार असला तरी तो एकूण अस्वस्थ्याचा भाग असतो.

त्याचे मूळ कारण हे त्या अवयवात नसतं – प्रकृतीत असतं.

 

पूर्ण आरोग्य प्रदान करण्याच्या दृष्टीने होमिओपॅथी मध्ये लक्षण समूहांचा साकल्ल्याने विचार करून मूळ कारणांवर उपचार केले जातात तेही कुठल्याही  दुष्परिणामशिवाय.

 

होमिओपॅथिक उपचारांमुळे हताश रुग्णांना दिलासा मिळतो.

त्यांचा जीवनाकडे बघण्याचा दृष्टिकोन सकारात्मक करून ते नॉर्मल, एवढेच नव्हे तर निश्चित,आनंदी आयुष्य जगू शकतील, असा यशस्वी प्रयत्न केला जातो.

ऍलोपॅथी सारख्या अत्यंत प्रगत वैद्यक शाखेला जे शक्य होत नाही ते, होमिओपॅथि  कसं करू शकणार ? अशी शंका बऱ्याच पेशंटच्या मनात येते.

                Cancer & Homoeopathy
Cancer is considered an incurable disease. Therefore, the diagnosis of cancer is a shock to the patient and his relatives.
Now there was a feeling of “Ghatika Bharli”,”घटिका भरली”, “आता संपलं सारं”  “Now it’s all over”.
How exactly does cancer occur?
Our body is made up of billions of cells. Cells are doing their jobs perfectly.
According to the Law of Nature, these cells are produced, function, grow and destroy in our body. Every cell produced is destroyed and thrown out of the body after its work is done.
If due to some reason it malfunctions, however, these cells remain in the body and start increasing in number. Then the vessels that supply blood to those cells are also formed. This is what creates a Tumor and starts obstructing the functioning of that particular body organ.

  5. Prostate gland cancer in men,

Symptoms of cancer are mostly related to the organ or organ of the body in which it originates. However, some symptoms are common, such as —

* (without beating or accident) a lump or swelling

* Hoarseness of voice

* Difficulty opening the mouth or swallowing

* Bleeding from cough, urine or defecation, shortness of breath.

* Non-healing of mouth and skin wounds.

* Loss of appetite, vomiting after eating.

*Jaundice abdominal swelling.

* Alternating constipation, diarrhoea.

* Weight loss, tiredness / feeling shaky after work etc.

Early diagnosis of cancer is very important.

Biopsy is the most important test for cancer. For this, Mammography technology is available for breast cancer in women like Endoscopy, Cityscan, MRI, Sonography.

Cancer is mainly treated by Surgery, Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy.

Possible side effects of Chemotherapy include

Homeopathic approach to cancer is—
